1. Drain structure and remove old material that is loose on the structure, either by sand blasting or hand-grinding. Patch and fill with appropriate patching compound. Acid wash to remove excessive debris and to open pores in surface for better primer adhesion. Rinse y pressure washing.
2. Mask areas of the structure not to be sprayed with masking tape, vinyl sheeting. Roll on the Hydro Stop Sealer Primer, covering 300-400 sq. ft. per gallon. Drying time is approximately 2-3 hours to the touch, greatly dependent on the air temperature and humidity. Usually one coat of primer is sufficient. Total thickness is approximately 2-4 mils. Applicatoin of Finish Coat within 6 hours, no primer is needed, after 6 hours 2836 should be sparyed. While sealer is still tacky is the best time to apply Finish Coat. Applicator can wear golf shoes.
3. Spray the finish coat in small sections, overlapping the coverage and building up a thickness in 5-7 mils. per pass. Coverage is 30-50 sq. ft. per gallon. Drying time is approximately 15-30 minutes to touch, and one hour until walking on the surface. Total thickness is 15-18 mils. Finish Coat is sprayed on at 30 sq. ft. per gallon for a 15-18 mil thickness.
